We provide the highest quality sheet metal roofing and siding assembly available, utilizing premium materials imported from Germany, Austria, and Canada. We specialize in working with copper, aluminum, zinc, with experience in soldering custom gutter and downspout profiles, although we prefer to install a half-round gutter system as we find it functions the best. Years of product testing goes into our assemblies and can be adapted to any architectural requirement. With details and manufacturing methods from Europe, we deliver a finished product that achieves extreme longevity and functionality. When detailed properly, some European copper roofing assemblies are capable of lasting upwards of 150 years.
Larscheid Enterprises is a veteran owned and operated sheet metal roofing/siding manufacturer and installation company, founded in 2019 with a background in aircraft structural maintenance in the air force.
We employ tried and true hand formed waterproofing details while maintaining our ability to apply cutting edge technology, such as 3-D modeling software and architectural plan review software. This enables us to foresee potential weaknesses and aid in streamlining the construction process as it pertains to our scope of work. We possess the ability to perform much of the fabrication work on-site via a mobile fabrication trailer. This provides a distinct advantage as details and measurements evolve during the building process. If panel length allows, we are also able to pre-fabricate in our shop and deliver ready to install materials to the work site. While we specialize in the double lock standing seam profile assemblies, we also install shingle roofs (composite shake, or asphalt etc.) making our assemblies stand out via the custom flashings we integrate into the project. These include roof jacks, vents, and custom valleys, just to name a few.

CARTER LARSCHEID
Born and raised in Montana, Carter began working around the valley in high school as a landscaper for A-1 Landscaping. After returning from his time in the Air Force as an aircraft structural repair and maintenance specialist, he worked as a framer on custom homes for various builders and spec house developments, including Silverbrook Estates, as well as custom remodels, re-roofs, and whatever other interesting projects he could find. Having spent a lot of time taking apart older projects and seeing where things always seemed to fail, he saw the need for a more refined roofing and siding system that could withstand Montana’s harsh seasons and protect these legacy homes that are being built. His early experience with the double lock standing seam system showed that the architectural details here in the States could be improved for longevity. In his search for the best way to install this system he studied classic manuals and literature from Europe. Reaching out to various companies around the globe that specialize in this type of craftsmanship, he was able to find colleagues and mentors including John Stortz and Son, Peter Steetz, Tommy Eban from Wuko Inc., as well as various others doing the same work. These resources were able to advise and guide him in the right direction, help supply him with the proper tools, equipment, and encouragement to excel in this trade. With a knack for creativity and extreme attention to detail, he goes above and beyond to protect your investment.

Originally from Arizona, found his true home in Montana, where he began working in the medical field, before transitioning to a more hands-on, fulfilling career. Since 2020, he has been working alongside Carter, bringing a can-do attitude, a sense of humor, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. A seasoned contractor with over five years of specialized experience in metal roofing, Jonathan is known for delivering reliable, long-lasting craftsmanship that stands the test of time. While metal roofing is his specialty, he’s a true ‘jack of all trades’—equally skilled in renovations, custom projects, and more. Jonathan finds freedom in working outdoors and takes pride in serving the Flathead Valley with dedication. Together, Carter and Jonathan make an exceptional team, offering a balanced partnership and a commitment to quality work and client satisfaction.
